Ordered balloons through party mix Clarkson. I spoke to a female initially, then spoke to hursh who both were very helpful and Even the delivery driver was lovely. Highly recommend thank you for your service. Will definately use again.

Paid $50 for 2 x helium balloons that were deflating by the end of the same day.Update : The store manager called me straight away and offered a solution as the balloons had faulty valves. I was very pleased with the customer service here. Good business- I do recommend.

Top notch service! Literally so helpful and affordable. So glad I decided to call and visit the store. Catered to my satisfaction especially with my last minute planning (2 days before my event to be more precise). Customer service was great! Clear communication throughout from the store staff to the delivery staff. Will definitely go through them for my next event. Will highly recommend this store if you’re planning a birthday or a event. You’ll be surprised with what they can Hire/Sell. It’s mind blowing to me, love it!!

I’m so happy with the service and communication with Hursh. He was so helpful and responded to my enquiry promptly and politely. And my Edible cupcake toppers were fabulous!!! Thank you ! And all the party supply’s in store are amazing too!!

We asked for help with designs for a 21st balloon design and the employees had no idea what we were talking about with no ideas about colour design. When we finally made a design they made up a random price on the spot that didn't seem right.

Love this party store! So happy they have grown and now have all the cake supplies too. The guy that has been on the floor the last few visits has been super helpful and friendly. Its always a good day when we get to shop Party at this store!
