Soon I opened the door, one worker said hello with the very friendly & big smile. & I asked for help with the other lady, she helped me with the happy & positive attitude. If I could give this shop more than 5 stars I would! The range of products is great for it's size, doesn't matter if you're a beginner or a professional. And the absolute sweetest staff.

A friend who is a serious baker recommended I drop in here. The staff were really lovely, helped me with an alternate cake mix and great recommendations for my overly ambitious Christmas cake.Really happy with their recommendations and excited to decorate my pretty perfect Christmas tree cake on the day. I would have definitely given 5 star as the lady who assisted my purchase couldn’t have been nicer couldn’t have been friendlier! Unfortunately I wasn’t given a slip of paper advising me return time for tin hire is 10am. Whoops sorry I didn’t realise!! The lady serving me was very nice and appeared to understand. Then standing in front of me was a very angry lady speaking to me like I was a convicted felon out on day leave even insinuating I was “ lying “ about not receiving this piece of paper she was waving at me. All I wanted to do was leave the store before any more customers walked in, but no , on and on she went . Such rudeness all over a cake tin !!! Really !!! Wow must have had a bad day . Apart from this, a great store .

Friendly and knowledgeable staff . I have been going here for almost 3 years now . I’ve had to go to another cake shop for last minute stuff because of poor preparation on my part and I cringe when I have to go there because they are nowhere as kind , knowledgeable and welcoming than Cake Tinz . It’s great for first time bakers and career bakers . Their courses and workshops are the bomb.com and their range of products is awesome . Don’t bother going anywhere else

Absolutely amazing place. I had never been before and went for the first time yesterday. Customer service is amazing. Help arrived as soon as we stepped into the shop. The team was able to help me brainstorm ideas. They have the most delicious cake mixes as well. The purple one was delicious. We will be coming again and again.
